System starts boot loops after crash but no screen appears.
Today after starting my PC, it booted into Windows normally, but when it reached the desktop it crashed and restarted. When trying to restart, there was no display—turning it off and on manually didn’t help, so I used the PSU switch to power it down as it wouldn’t shut off with the case’s power button. After several attempts, it started again and then immediately went back off repeatedly, causing it to loop between turning on and off. Eventually, I turned it off using the power switch on the PSU. Since then, whenever I turn the computer on, it keeps booting in this way (repeatedly turning on and off), which is very frustrating.
This issue seems to happen after about 4-5 days of use, which is unusual. It happened a month ago too, but then it resolved itself without any system crash. At the time, I wasn’t concerned.
Could the problem be related to the PSU? I’ve noticed this tends to occur when the system is switched on after a long period.
Here are the specifications for reference:
Asus ROG Strix B365-G

Corsair T-XM 750
The PSU was purchased in 2020—should I send it for RMA?
You can reach out to Corsair, explain your problem, and request an RMA for the PSU if Corsair believes the PSU is the cause. (It could be.) TXm generally works well, but with many versions from various manufacturers, it's difficult to identify the exact model. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend using TX/TXm products. Instead, consider RM/RMe/RMi/RMx or Seasonic Focus.
The txm 750 that i have is the grey label version with hexagonal grille.
So far it seems likely that the psu is the culprit, therefore i have contacted corsair regarding RMA-now i am awaiting their reply to my email.

If so, then you have Great Wall version. There's one newer version from yours, also by Great Wall,

While there are 2 older TXm 750 versions, one from CWT, another from Chicony.

Corsair has asked me to send the PSU to the closest service station for RMA. I talked to a representative on the phone, and when I mentioned I have a TXM PSU, they told me it is no longer in production and has been discontinued by Corsair. Is this really true? Are TXM power supplies no longer available today? If so, what replacement PSUs will they offer for the one I currently use?
As discussed earlier, there are four versions of TXm750. Your model is the third one from the line, originally released in 2017. Also, your unit is no longer available and has been replaced by a newer TXm model launched in 2022. Because all TMx PSUs are semi-modular, sales are limited today, particularly since fully-modular units are much easier to install and offer good value (such as Seasonic Focus or Corsair RM series). It makes little sense to spend the same price for a more complicated installation process. The most recent TXm Corsair appears to be the current best option.
