System Start Problem. Immediate Assistance Required.
Hello everyone. My friend has a computer with solid specifications. It includes a 4070 TI, an X570S UD, a Ryzen 9 3500X, and 32 gigabytes of RAM. I was able to chat with him normally, but then suddenly he stopped working. I messaged him to find out what happened, and he explained that his system would power on briefly, the BIOS screen would appear, and the automatic repair option would show up. It lasted only a second before the computer restarted, fans spinning at full speed. We've tried several troubleshooting methods: unplugging and plugging it back in, using a Windows Boot Drive from USB, and updating the BIOS to the latest version. Each time we tried something, the issue would reappear. Before contacting customer support, I considered posting here for help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Consider executing memory tests at the following links:
https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm or https://memtest.org/
This approach might succeed since we attempted to boot from a USB and the issue persisted.
At that time, I haven't retained details. Once I'm together with them, I'll inquire and respond.
