Hello, I'm reaching out for assistance with a problem I've been experiencing lately. I'm struggling to find a solution in these forums and others. My computer becomes very slow if I idle or stop for about five minutes, which began roughly a week ago. I don't remember downloading anything or adjusting any settings recently. After restarting, it functions normally until I briefly pause, then the issue resurfaces. Thank you for your help and support.

Computer details: GTX 760, Intel core i5-4670, 3.40GHz, 8.00 GB RAM (7.94 GB free), running Windows 7.

Set the delay before powering off the HDD. The slowdown is likely due to the HDD being turned off and requiring time to restart.
