Hello, your computer functioned well for some time but recently began restarting frequently. As it has deteriorated, you've noticed icons no longer work, the toolbar is blank, and the blue screen prevents accessing Windows. Restarts often occur randomly, sometimes triggered by game endings or quitting programs. You suspect a Windows issue, though you're new to troubleshooting. Appreciate any guidance beforehand.

It appears as a corrupted Windows installation. Consider restarting Windows or checking your hard drive/SSD condition.

It seems there might be a stability concern related to RAM or other components. Overclocking settings like DOCP, XMP, and EXPO could be involved. Would you like me to provide a list of your PC's specifications?

Additionally, poor storage conditions might affect RAM or memory OC settings, leading to incorrect data being saved to the disk. This issue has occurred previously. Even a faulty board can transmit corrupted information to the storage device.
