System shuts down when idle?!?!?
I have a new gaming rig with these specifications

Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
64GB RAM
Windows 11 Home
My issue is that the system shuts down unexpectedly when idle and only restarts when completely idle. I can play games for hours without any problems, but if I leave a game open and walk away it works fine. When I close everything, it powers off every 2 to 5 minutes until it shows an error message about starting Windows improperly, which stays until I return. I've tried reinstalling Windows, repairing it, updating the BIOS, but nothing helps.
What else should I check?

i have updated the bios also

The second time you close everything, it will stop working every 2-5 minutes until you see a message saying the system failed to start properly. This stays until you return to it. I’m not sure if this means the shutdown happens right after closing or after a delay. It sounds like there might be a process trying to run when idle that causes the crash. Do you have a screen saver? What time did you set for your monitor to sleep? Is Windows scheduled to turn off within a few minutes of being idle? Are there any pending updates? You can look in the logs, as suggested, to find out if something is consistently causing this issue.

I have checked all the power management options and confirmed nothing was turning it off. It’s also set to shut down when power is lost, so I’m certain it isn’t losing electricity. There’s no screen saver either. It will restart automatically without logging into Windows. This means it likely uses a low-power setting in BIOS to keep the CPU running. I’m still trying to figure this out.
The Windows error log indicates several failed updates that have now been resolved, and the system is displaying as up to date.
I haven't located any entries in the error log suggesting a shutdown issue. The sole significant problem noted is the failure to shut down correctly.
