Details: CPU model Ryzen 1700x, Motherboard msi ab350m, GPU options GTX 970/RTX 3070, RAM specifications BL2K16G32C16U4B. Issue began months ago without obvious cause. Screen freezes briefly with buzzing from headphones when audio plays, followed by automatic reboot. No BSOD appears, no memory dumps generated despite testing all settings. Crashes occur randomly, even when idle or during gaming/video editing. Temperatures normal during use. Event logs show errors like Bus/Interconnect and Cache Hierarchy issues, but system restarts don’t follow. Attempted fixes: swapped GPU, changed RAM slots, reinstalled Windows on another drive—none resolved the problem.

WindowsReport suggests random restarts may happen due to overheating, so monitoring temperature is essential. You can check via BIOS or free third-party tools. If overheating occurs, opening the device and using compressed air to remove dust could help.

Occasionally the system restarts about ten seconds after power-on for the initial day, and temperatures remain typical even under high demand.
