Hello, PC freezes to a black screen when shutting down the game. Playing Stable and clean examples of Palworld works well, but after turning it off it crashes with sounds, no video, and only restarts via the power button. I need a faster crash example for Desktop with a message about GPU drivers restarting. Tested a new PSU, RAM, Windows, updated GPU drivers, old BIOS, PCI slot upgraded to PCI 3.0, separate cables for the GPU, disabled GSync, reduced GPU speed. Under normal load it runs without issues, like completing a benchmark on Ultra for two hours without problems. Sometimes it crashes to the desktop or even shows a black screen. My thought is the motherboard might be the issue, as similar setups previously caused problems. GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 Ultra, CPU: Ryzen 5 5600, RAM: B450 Tomahawk, 2x8GB at 3000MHz (also 3200MHz), plus extra 2x8GB.

You either ran the reset feature that didn’t solve the issue or you created a fresh installation file and used Stracch for setup.

You didn't install from USB, so you should create a fresh Windows 10 installer.

Begin with a clean Windows setup from scratch using a fresh installation disk.

Can I claim a win of 10 or do I need to reach 11 since I have 11?

Choose either option. Ensure you move any crucial files from your OS drive before proceeding with the reinstall.

It's really tidy, nothing to risk.

Playing games with solid frame rates and temperatures, yet the server disconnects—no error messages appear.
