Me neither I posted it because thats the official sw linked on the Kingston website as the firmware manager and you suggested to check it the firmware sooo I am kinda lost with the ssd now. I am just waiting for the next crash to get the minidump file. If theres anything else I can do, please let me know. In the meantime, Im gonna learn something about how to clone the ssd for the inevitable transfer.
Hello, I’m confirming the incident occurred again. Despite this, the minidump folder remains empty, and the large MEMORY.DMP file is still just the previous version. I’m enabling the option to rewrite the existing file and choosing a small memory dump size. I expect it to recover after the next crash.
Luckily there wasn’t a long wait before the next crash. Finally, I got the minidump! Also, there was another issue on the black screen—check it out.
