Send over the board, the PSU looks too powerful for it to just cut power without cause. I've seen this happen with other boards where they shut down due to excess heat; I cleaned it by flushing it with water to remove any buildup. Your board is brand new and probably lacks dust, so just discard it.

I removed a stick of RAM and the PC is now functioning properly. I’m hoping this continues since I’ve had problems lately.

Even with it working in single channel mode, it's probably a good idea to follow the previous advice anyways. It may just be your ram that's faulty, a bios that is causing an issue, or even a faulty ram slot. But do go ahead and use your computer for what you need to, while it's working in this state, and do your diagnostics when you have the time to do so -- Now is a great time to decompress for a bit. I know how frustrating it can be to be looping in a cycle of annoying crashes with no fix in sight. But it'll work out! If all, you may have to RMA the motherboard or return it (if it's brand new).

It's really frustrating, especially when you're trying various solutions only to face the same issue again. I'm finding it annoying to keep cycling through fixes. Hopefully, the problem was just a faulty RAM module, which is straightforward to replace. If it's my motherboard, it'll be more complicated, but I'll check that later. You mentioned you're looking for ways to test the RAM yourself, since the Windows Diagnostic doesn't always show the issue clearly.

It seems the issue might be with the motherboard itself. I’ll check the return options for a 12900K. No RAM problems reported, just the board acting up again.

It occurred once more? Even in a single channel? That's disappointing. I understand you're facing this issue. Honestly, I've always enjoyed Asrock boards, but since I use an iX system and run on AMD, I can't offer a tailored suggestion. It's possible you just had unlucky timing with your current setup. You might consider swapping it for the same model without any issues.
