It seems like the problem isn't related to overheating. It occurs during normal browsing or video watching without any BSOD or shutdowns. The PC sometimes powers off and other times restarts itself. You're unsure what to check or how to fix it—any suggestions would be helpful.

Which motherboard? Which power supply unit? Immediate power cut or random window shutdowns?

Are you noticing notifications during a system restart? My initial concern is a low-cost power supply unit failing.

I'm having issues with my ROG Strix Z690-E gaming Wi-Fi. It works with my Dark Power Pro 12 1200W PSU but just powers off without any indication.

You can check for issues by looking into possible causes and gathering evidence to support your claim.

It's not a crash, just an immediate shutdown without any warning or screen. No crash logs are recorded either.

Update drivers and BIOS as well, focusing on motherboard bios. Verify all electrical connections from the PSU to the motherboard and GPU. Ensure modular cables are securely connected in the PSU. Open Task Manager and check temperatures. Confirm fans are spinning off "fast boot" in BIOS. Run MemtestOne stick by one at a time to test memory. Don’t worry, this is likely a minor issue. I’ll check again tomorrow and remember to follow up. Good luck!
