I recently acquired a Radeon RX 6700 XT Red Devil and after two days of stable operation since the upgrade, my PC began restarting intermittently. During gameplay, one title functioned correctly with responsive menus and working audio, yet a complete black screen occurred. This problem likely began after installing the latest AMD launcher and drivers. After removing the launcher, the issue disappeared, allowing the other game to launch without interruption. The error message “DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine” appeared during a longer session of GTA V, which ran smoothly at over 100 fps in fullscreen with normal settings. CPU and GPU temperatures stayed between 40-50°C. All AMD software was uninstalled during this period. During testing, maximum settings achieved 140 fps without any restarts. The system remained stable on Windows 10 Home 64-bit with the ASRock B450M/AC board, using a freshly flashed BIOS and the current CPU four days prior. Hardware includes a 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, an 850W gold power supply, a 250GB SSD, an EVGA 850GT graphics card, and other components listed.
