Recently I've experienced some problems with my PC shutting down under load while rendering videos, especially during a game. I initially considered the PSU but doubted it was the main cause since my 850W unit should handle it. I suspect it might be related to my AIO not cooling the CPU adequately, so I want to confirm before purchasing a replacement. The issue seems to appear when I remove the AIO, shake it, and reassemble it—problem disappears but returns after a few weeks. I think there could be debris or a blockage in the radiator, though I'm not certain. My CPU temperature during normal use (browsing Chrome) is around 58°C with minimal CPU usage (1-3%), around 4.1 GHz, and the fan running at 67%. This seems high for just browsing. The main reason I doubt the AIO is that my PC restarts at 75-80°C with full CPU fan speed, which seems unusual. I also notice that adding accessories like a streamer or headphones causes temporary glitches in other devices, suggesting the PSU might be involved, though I'm not entirely convinced. The joulmeter reading shows about 120W average consumption, which isn't immediately clear if accurate. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

PC Specs: Windows 11 CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3900x AIO
Lian Li Galahad 360 GPU
Aorus RTX 3070 PSU
Corsair RM850X MOBO
MSI Mag x570 Tomahawk RAM
Corsair Venegence Pro SL 32gb
