Hello, I just completed assembling my PC and have been experiencing unexpected restarts. The screen turns off without any BSOD, audio continues for a while, RGB stays active throughout the restart, and it ends up on the lock screen afterward. In Event Viewer I see a critical kernel power event, but all bugcheck results are zero. Components: CPU Ryzen 5 7600x, cooler Cooler Master 240ML, GPU Sapphire Nitro+ RX6950, RAM G.Skill 2x16GB 6000MHz with EXPO enabled (timings 36-36-36-96), storage Asus ROG STRIX B650-A, Wi-Fi BIOS version 1409, PSU Seasonic Focus 850W, full modular case H5 FLOW, added bequiet light wings, and front OS fans are 140mm. I've run a Windows 11 Pro 64bit diagnostic, no issues found. Haven benchmark passed without problems, and updated drivers are working fine.

Consider checking for the most reliable graphics card driver and install it. Remove all previous drivers using DDU and reinstall the stable ones. Turn off automatic driver updates. A quick online search suggested also turning off built-in sound if you use external speakers, or updating those drivers at least.
