Here is the updated information: The system will start properly when specific settings are met. The requirements are:
1) The PC must be connected to the AC power supply but with the switch off.
2) The PSU switch must remain active.
Changing these settings resolves the issue, while other combinations cause the problem. What are your thoughts?
