That is a very mediocre model to start with. Do you have access to another one to test with?
Flaky power can cause all sorts of failures.

I recently experienced two additional BSODs. The Ntoskrnl.exe page_fault_in_nonpaged_area and the dxgmms2.sys system_thread_exception_not_handled errors occurred. Uploading minidumps isn't possible because they're marked as unreadable. (Observe that the Ntoskrnl was missing the xmp file, and dxgmms2 came after I re-enabled it.)

i'm planning to assemble a new computer in roughly four months, so i'm trying to skip swapping out any components now, particularly since i just upgraded the gpu. (but realistically, it might not be solvable without changing something else)
