I'm experiencing more frame drops and stutters in games, plus crashes are happening too. My 3090 feels less powerful than expected, and I just updated Windows. I'm trying to figure out what's causing these issues.

Did you verify the temperatures? FPS drops or stutter might also relate to CPU performance. Make sure your BIOS is up to date if possible.

Temperatures are ideal for the CPU between 60 to 70 degrees, and similarly for the GPU during demanding gameplay.
