Hi! Your PC handles ABZU, Stardew Valley, and UNDERTALE smoothly at 60 FPS thanks to your RX480 GPU. UNDERTALE and Stardew Valley seem to be running at a higher frame rate than ABZU. This might be due to game settings or background processes. Check your graphics drivers, close unnecessary programs, and ensure your GPU is properly calibrated. Let me know if you need more tips! The parts list is attached for reference.

Do drivers have the latest updates? Have you looked in game settings for caps? Is Vsync enabled?

VSYNC is working properly too, and Syardew Valley remains locked at 60.

I'm confident those games run at 60fps, but I make sure V-Sync is disabled.

Stardew Valley and Undertale are both capped at 60FPS, you can't exceed that.

I'm uncertain about this. I didn't enable them, and my monitor doesn't allow VSync, which suggests it's likely no. I can't verify this right now since I don't have access to my PC.

Vsync applies across all monitors, not just per monitor. Look in the game settings to confirm it's enabled.

VSync isn't related to the monitor; it's a GPU/software feature that works with any display. You can turn it on in the game settings for ABZU. Stardew Valley and Undertale both maintain a 60FPS setting, which is fixed.

VSync uses a constant refresh rate, dating back to early monitors and TVs, while GSync solves the problem of fixed refresh rates by being a more advanced solution developed by NVIDIA.

I've encountered this in various games before. Occasionally, players can modify a configuration file to unlock the frame cap, though it doesn't happen every time.
