I upgraded with two additional sticks to my RAM, model cmw16gx4m2c3200c16. It’s Corsair 16GB 3200MHz, now holding 32GB total—exactly the same as before. My system runs smoothly with Tomahawk Max B450 and a Ryzen 3600, and the BIOS is current. Booting without XMP works perfectly, but when I enable it, the PC shuts down and restarts after a few seconds, then launches into Windows with full performance. MemTest64 has completed without errors so far. The unusual shutdown behavior seems normal; I’m not concerned about it.
it's the memory training, but it seems to be failing to save properly. The CMOS battery might need replacing—unplugging or turning off the PC at the rear power outlet after use could help. If it still doesn't work, the battery likely needs replacement.

I disabled the fast boot memory feature, which is included in my motherboard's XMP settings, and the computer now starts properly again. It was a guesswork moment—I wasn't sure why skipping the memory check wouldn't help, but I think it's resolved now.
Check if XMP is active and confirm the RAM operates at 2133 MT/s. The 4.32 sticks use Samsung MIC, while the 5.32 sticks are Hynix.
