Starting with a single rotating stick in DIMMA2, I experienced reboots. Now testing DIMMB1 (removing DIMMA1 for accuracy). So far, one reboot. Planning to try the second stick later today.

Are you using XMP or the default profile? If it's XMP, turn it off and run with standard timings. Fixing the issue by switching to 1 stick / base timings lets you consider replacing your RAM with a different brand. Check the QVL list for your board to confirm compatibility. If you still face problems with another configuration, the hardware may be the cause.

I was testing with XMP activated. A single stick of RAM reduces reboots so far, though I still experienced some restarts (the last slot had one stick left to try).

Update important—I'm confused. Both RAM modules failed (computer restarted) while I was alone in three different slots (DIMMB1, DIMMA2, DIMMB2). I tried enabling and disabling SSMP. When RAM was in DIMMA2, the Windows RAM diagnostic showed everything normal. Checked the Windows Event Log, and I saw warning event 10016 with error 10010. The biggest issue was the reboot itself. Any advice?

It seems to occur only in that particular game. It might be related to GPU memory problems.

It was already occurring before. For example, doing light video editing (Adobe Rush) while watching YouTube videos in your browser (Brave), and then the computer would suddenly restart. The changes I made were similar to: avoid light editing while watching YouTube...

It's a hassle, but it's worth trying. Did you check the socket connection and ensure the CPU is properly seated? I think there could be some rough contact between the CPU and the socket, possibly on the RAM controller side.

You're experiencing frequent unexpected restarts. The RAM test came back normal, but you're still seeing reboots around every five minutes. Since you're using a prebuilt PC, check the BIOS settings for any recent changes or updates. Ensure your system is properly configured and that no hardware conflicts exist. If the issue persists, consider consulting the manufacturer's support or a technician.

Multiples actions were made, but no positive results were achieved. Updated RAM to models listed on MSI’s compatibility list. The previous sticks weren’t included and could be the issue. Resolved the PSU via an RMA; they only provided the old unit, not replacement cables. The machine still randomly restarts. Please advise.
