System restarts unexpectedly on the PC.
About a month ago my computer began crashing unexpectedly. It doesn’t seem to be related to loading times, as it can handle high CPU and GPU usage without failing. It mostly fails during games but also crashes on the desktop while watching a YouTube video or even when idle. After a crash, it tends to restart again soon. The incidents happen roughly five times a day, which makes it hard to pinpoint the cause. I haven’t overclocked anything. All my BIOS, Windows, and drivers are up to date. My PC is not old—its GPU is two years, while the CPU, RAM, and power supply are less than a year. Here are my specs: CPU i5 10400f, motherboard H410M S2 V3, 16GB RAM, 550W PSU, GPU 1660. I even brought it to a repair shop, but after three hours it didn’t crash because of its unpredictable nature. I brought it back home since they couldn’t fix it. EDIT: I also reinstalled Windows 10 from a fresh SSD format.
The program failed to run after removing drivers, or it succeeded but the problem persists?
