System restarts unexpectedly on the computer.
Hello everyone, I'm reaching out since my PC has been acting up after just four months. It keeps crashing without any BSOD or logs in the Windows event viewer. I checked forums for others with similar issues and tried several fixes: checking CPU and GPU temperatures, running Memtest on RAM, updating BIOS defaults, installing a fresh Windows OS on an SSD, and changing my SSD to a new Windows installation. The last SSD worked better but still crashed occasionally. I also experimented with different power supplies and rail configurations. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
It looks like your PSU might be defective. Running 550w should work well with this setup, which likely caused the crash on the Seasonic. Consider lowering the CPU and GPU voltages or reducing power limits, but you should return the Corsair PSU for replacement.
Thank you for your feedback. The issue might be related to the CPU placement, and it could have developed after four months. It seems to restart even when using the ASUS logo during boot. You may want to try reseating the CPU. For selecting a PSU, choose one that matches your system's requirements and compatibility.
Hello, changing the PSU didn't resolve the problem. Could you share more details?
