New installation, it restarts repeatedly during Windows setup. It doesn’t power off completely—it just goes dark and reloads without any hardware warning. Occasionally it displays the blue "Windows loading failed" screen, but I think that’s just due to frequent shutdowns. It used to occur rarely, never happened when I first installed and configured it, but now it happens while updating Windows. During shutdowns in BIOS, it never fully turns off. I ran a memtest to check for bad RAM, but it didn’t crash. It also won’t let me reinstall Windows or another version because it shuts down abruptly. I’m also struggling to retrieve details like the exact Windows version or crash logs, as it doesn’t stay active long enough. Could this be caused by an installation error, a defective component, or a software problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. You’re currently using Windows 11, and here’s the PC part list: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/Q9r2N6

This might seem a bit basic, but have you verified the device is correctly linked or positioned? Could there be a BIOS-related problem—should you confirm your BIOS version if it hasn't been updated?

It isn't a hardware problem if you can start up through the BIOS. Launch your USB flash drive, select Windows Installer, pick your language, then repair your computer. Choose Troubleshooting or Advanced options. Begin with a Startup Repair. You might also use System Restore. If you have an image file, load it. Alternatively, run commands in the Command Prompt.

If you can access the BIOS, load the USB installer and press F12 repeatedly while the computer starts. Select the USB drive as the boot option. Should everything fail, disconnect all internal and external drives, remove the NVME unit. If you manage to boot from the USB, disconnect everything and reinstall the NVME before restarting from the USB. If that doesn’t work, it indicates a problem with the NVME.

I swapped out the disk, but it remains unresponsive. It functions perfectly in BIOS, yet after saving settings it abruptly stops or loops into a reboot cycle. Occasionally it emits a pop noise when shutting down.

There is a hardware problem. Eliminate all unnecessary components. (For example) Disconnect all internal and external storage drives. Keep only one RAM module. Remove the GPU, use the built-in HDMI. A loud "POP" noise is unusual. Where does it originate? Maybe the PSU—listen closely to the back of the machine. If yes, swap the PSU.

It seems the CPU lacks integrated graphics, making GPU removal impossible. I've tried all alternatives without success. The pop sound likely originates from the monitor.
