I checked my BIOS and adjusted the DOCP and fan curve to turbo. Changed the tweaker to ASUS optimal, but the RAM seems to be the problem. It keeps restarting even when setting the speed correctly.

It turned out the problem was the RAM should be placed in slots A2 and B2, not A1 and B1. Issue resolved thank you!
