I purchased this PC from iBuyPower last year and haven’t faced any problems until today. After turning it on, it behaves strangely—almost stutters before booting normally for about a minute, then shuts down completely. The Specs for the computer are visible in the picture.

Start with good footwear. Go through the BIOS settings, reset everything to the default state or enable auto and disable DOCP/XMP. Retry the process. It might also relate to the power supply unit. Adjust and test again.

I’m going to need to pay for your visit after resetting to the suggested default settings. So far it’s working fine without any hard failure. Since I’m not very familiar with PCs, could you help me figure out what might have caused this? My area had a lightning storm yesterday and there was a power outage, so I was concerned something could have been damaged.

It might be helpful if it's bios-specific. I'd try using DOCP/XMP in BIOS to bring the memory speed back up to 3200MHz.
