System restarts during boot sequence

Your PC keeps restarting after booting up Windows. It worked before but now feels slow and shuts down frequently. Help is welcome! Note: CPU temperatures are around 40°C, max reaching 67°C. Edit: Memory diagnostic clean, CHKDSK scan passed. Updated March 30, 2024 by souped_up_subaru

Once Windows begins, it works for a moment before slowing down. Then it becomes unresponsive, turns dark, and displays a message indicating it's restarting or showing a loading indicator.

Check the system details. It appears to be a mid-range configuration. Consider starting in safe mode via msconfig.
