System restarts but fails to power on.
We recently assembled our initial PC with assistance from someone experienced in building units, and we're facing a strange behavior. The machine powers on, fans spin, CPU fan LEDs illuminate, and GPU light turns on, then shuts down after roughly 20 seconds. After restarting, it restarts again, then powers off within 20 seconds repeatedly. There are no audible or visual signals to indicate what's happening. Since there are no speakers connected, we've used a monitor connected via HDMI (both MOMO and GPU HDMI ports tested).
The build includes: ASRock B450m/ac motherboard, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X CPU, XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition, Rosewill ATX Mid Tower case, Prism S Black Lite, Rosewill Glacier 850W PSU, Cooler Master 212 RGB Black cooler, and an Inland professional 480GB SATA SSD with G.Skill Ripjaw V RAM (16GB, 2x8GB, DDR4 3200). We've experimented with different RAM sticks, positions, and power switch placements in the system panel header, following the manual's instructions. The + connector is linked to a pin, while the - connector goes to ground. Despite trying various setups, we still encounter this infinite reboot cycle. I'm exhausted for ideas and hoping online help will clarify this issue.
Have you attempted to detach the GPU and reinstall the CPU? Verify that all power connectors on the motherboard are firmly connected.
