System restarting unexpectedly.
Hey there, fellow enthusiasts! Welcome to the community. I’m new here and apologize if I missed anything or caused any confusion. My build started in January, so it’s the biggest machine I’ve ever assembled (it’s just a Corsair 4000D, not huge). In short, I keep running into problems when trying to power on the PC. After logging in, the system freezes unexpectedly, the display turns black, and then it restarts as if nothing happened. It’s super unpredictable and often pops up when I least expect it. I haven’t done any overclocking beyond setting my RAM to 6400 MHz. There are no special lighting components except the RGB fan with the CPU cooler. All drivers are current, and I’ve updated my BIOS. No bloatware installed, including Armory Crate. So far, nothing seems to fix it. It used to be a solid gaming/work machine, but now it’s just a minor glitch in the morning. Still, performance in games remains solid otherwise. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Corsair 4000D Airflow Cooler Master Hyper 212
You could perform some stability checks, mainly focusing on memory usage. I think nothing seems amiss, though it's just the beginning.
Exploiting RAM via EXPO or XMP settings. Temperature readings during operation.
It was automatically started and left running for an hour. CPU temperature averaged around 60°C while GPU stayed near 75°C. The AMD GPU stress test produced comparable outcomes.
Check the event viewer for any system-related issues. If nothing appears, consider reseating the CPU. A coworker with similar problems resolved the issue by doing so. The setup is similar for B650 and 7950X3D.
They're leveraging XMP or EXPO settings. Running RAM at 6400 with XMP can cause minor problems on AMD CPUs, but EXPO generally handles it better—around 5600-6000 is ideal for those processors.
You're unsure about the setting in BIOS. The label "docp I" likely refers to a specific configuration option for AI overclock tuning. Confirm the exact label or consult your motherboard manual for details.
