It seems your computer is rebooting unexpectedly whenever you put it to sleep. It doesn’t appear anything is actively waking it, just a sudden restart. You might want to check for software updates, background processes, or hardware issues.

I faced comparable problems with my i3 560 and HD5770 gaming setup long ago. Despite my efforts to diagnose, I’m at a loss to offer a better solution than simply having it disappear for me. Still, standard troubleshooting—like checking Windows files with sfc /scannow and adjusting your system wiring—might help uncover the issue.

I performed those actions and identified a few issues, but after rewriting the filesystem it resolved them completely—no errors remain, though the issue continues.

I've encountered similar issues with Windows 8 and 10 on multiple machines before. A quick solution was disabling fast startup. This approach succeeded on some systems, so you might try it if you're unsure where to start. Open 'Power Options' via the Start menu search. In the side panel, pick "Choose what the power buttons do," then click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" to grant administrative privileges, and uncheck "Turn on fast startup." Finally, save your changes and explore the sleep options.

Changing any of the machines usually solved the issue, though it’s often the final option.

It seems odd, but fixing this might be limited to just restarting the system. If you used a Windows 10 installer USB, you might have forced the computer to upgrade to the same version you already had, hoping it would fix the issue.
