System Reset Triggering Storage Problems
System Reset Triggering Storage Problems
Following a system reset, I thought all my apps and games would disappear no matter which drive they were on. I was fine with that since I was trying to fix a problem that wasn’t getting resolved. But now everything seems partially gone or broken. On my desktop, only a few app icons remain—BSG Launcher, Blizzard Launcher, and others that aren’t working. The worst part is that my main and secondary game drives still show full, even though the games themselves are missing from Windows. My primary drive was 2TB with about 110GB free before the reset; after it’s the same. All files stay in their folders, but I’m unsure if everything should be completely gone or just partially affected. I have four storage devices total: one boot drive, one file folder, two game drives, and no others. I’m not sure if something went wrong during the reset or if this was normal. Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated.
