I set up my computer and checked disk management to see if everything was okay. I noticed something unusual—I’m not sure if it’s normal. The screenshot shows that the system-reserved drive isn’t installed on the (CSmile partition, which is my SSD. I recently updated my BIOS and now only one drive appears in the boot priority. It’s not the bootable SSD; it’s just another hard drive, but the computer still boots into Windows 10 smoothly. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

No it is not. It is very common for windows to incorrectly put boot partitions on other drives. Then you end up with issues, and also the computer will not boot if the other drives get unplugged. Go look it up, it is a common occurrence. The fix is to clean install windows properly again by unplugging all except 1 drive.

I’ve handled numerous fixes in real situations, both personal and professional—this is my first encounter with it.

It seems like you're pointing out a humorous contradiction—why would Microsoft want people to enjoy themselves if they're having the same issue? You mentioned this about a year ago and still face the same problem.

I agree with @Enderman. It is possible. I've experienced this before with Windows 7.
