System Details: Ryzen 5 3600, air cooled, 16GB RAM, 3070 GB DDR4 B450 AORUS Elite motherboard, PSU from Gigabyte AORUS Gold Full Modular. Issue: PC restarts unexpectedly, freezes fully, or disconnects during work with a red light on the motherboard. This PSU replaced a previous faulty one that caused crashes. I checked voltage in BIOS but it seems fine—am I overreacting? What should I do? I'm really upset!
Refer to the motherboard manual to identify the "red lamp." Is it located in the lower right corner, close to the SATA data ports? This could be POST debug LEDs indicating why the system fails to POST and boot. The voltage measurements are captured by sensors and might be inaccurate; using a multimeter on the actual cables will give more reliable results.

Ensure all drivers, including chipset and BIOS, are current—most cases are covered.
