Hey, I see the problem. Your system shows 8GB RAM in use while you actually have 16GB installed. It used to work fine before, but now it's not responding properly. Could be a driver issue or a memory leak. Check your RAM settings and see if any updates are available for your motherboard and chipset.

I've tested them in various slots but the problem persists.

Used slots: 2 of 4. Is the 16G Corsair 2x8G setup or just one stick with an 8G RAM module? If it’s the latter, you probably got confused.

I've checked everything you suggested, but it keeps returning the same results. I also don't have any integrated graphics on my CPU, and the RAM is a kit made from two 8GB sticks from the same brand, Corsair. At the time, it worked perfectly, but now it's not functioning properly.

Hello, it seems your RAM is functioning properly as it has been fully detected. Your system appears to be using a significant amount of memory, which might indicate a software-related issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

It seems to ignore the detection, indicating only two of four slots are being used while the task manager lists 8GB of RAM available. It appears to sense something in the slot but fails to recognize any RAM presence. Likely a hardware problem.

I reached out to Corsair for an update, but I’m hoping you’ll stay in touch. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You've been using this RAM for a while now, and the problem began to appear out of curiosity a few days back.

I purchased them around two years ago and began using them about six months ago. If I could afford it, I’d upgrade the RAM, but I can’t yet. I’m trying to resolve the problem instead.
