I purchased the server a while back and it performs excellently for the price I paid. Now I'm facing a problem—there are two Intel Xeon X5650 CPUs, and in Windows Server 2019 Standard, the CPU usage stays at 0% all the time. I've tried Server 2016 and Windows 10 too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I've already attempted solutions from this guide, but it didn't resolve the issue.
Run cinebench to check the results, as low CPU usage isn't reliable—only real performance issues matter if the system freezes or stalls completely.
It's a server I attempted to run the XMR mining benchmark on, but it remains at 0% even while testing.
