System remains active during startup phase
Hello, I'm experiencing some issues when turning on my computer. Pressing the power button doesn't display anything on the screen, and the RGB lighting on the keyboard turns off. The system just freezes indefinitely. After a short pause of three seconds, it restarts normally. However, when I shut it down, the next time I have to repeat this process... Do you have any suggestions? I've already run a drive check and everything seems okay. Best regards, Hugo
Hello! I'm still facing the same issue. I've already restored my Windows, turned off fast boot, and unplugged some USB devices. The photo below shows the condition of my motherboard. It seems like a PSU problem might be the cause. Anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance!
