Hello, my name is Hamza. I'm facing a challenge for the last eight months with my computer shutting down unexpectedly. It happens randomly—sometimes every hour, other times every fifteen minutes. I've changed the motherboard, CPU, added liquid cooling, swapped out the graphics card and power supply, moved to an M.2 SSD, and even upgraded the RAM. Despite all these changes, the problem continues. I'm really frustrated and unsure what else to try. My setup includes an Intel Core i7 11th gen processor, 64GB of Transcend RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB with Cooler Master liquid cooling, Corsair 1200W PSU, Samsung 512GB M.2 SSD. I've checked numerous online resources and tried various workarounds, like preventing shutdowns or using a direct power outlet. The case is an Alienware Area 51 R1. Could you assist me?

I’ve essentially assembled a new PC using all those replacement components. I’d consider taking it to someone else’s place to test it. Asking a friend to bring your PC along and try it out could help. If it functions well there, it might point to an issue with your home power supply.

Your Alienware Aurora is functioning smoothly with all components working as expected. The original power supply and hardware appear to be in good condition. There are no reported issues, so it seems unlikely the home electrical setup is the cause.

You hadn't mentioned another PC in your first message, so I wasn't aware. It might be related to the case causing a short circuit or the power supply reacting to something. Could also be a USB port connected. Many Corsair power supplies are available refurbished, meaning they've been repaired after being broken. Was the previous power supply from Corsair?

Sorry to hear that, you're using a MX Master 3 mouse and Logitech G815 keyboard connected through USB.

I also cut off the USB, leaving only the three mice, not just one. I'm certain it's not just one mouse. He's repeating the same mistake, and I've switched to a UPS to test it. I'll let you know if it works, and I'll try it on my girlfriend's computer too.

Is there a possibility the computer has a base-mounted power source and is resting on carpet? I noticed a machine that would restart unexpectedly, with the power supply overheating and failing to show any faults since most systems lack a temperature sensor.

Naravno: Correct, the psu is at the bottom of the case, on the carpet. I'm will try to lift the computer to free him. I'll let you know what happens. Thanks a lot.

It seems the issue isn't resolving. The device is restarting even after moving it off the floor and using only the mouse and keyboard. It's frustrating and makes you feel uncertain about what to do next.
