You should boot from the USB stick using the Windows installer. All your drives appear in BIOS, showing four of them, and the M2 NVM modules are positioned below the SATAs.

I thought it was the issue, but it wasn’t. I was also puzzled to find the drives recognized by the BIOS yet not listed as boot options. Only the 500 GB Samsung drive and the Windows USB stick are working. I’m unsure why the remaining three drives aren’t showing up.

You're feeling a bit confused. If your main boot device isn't working, you can try reinstalling from the USB stick. You don't need other drives to be bootable. The three drives you referred to are the ones you have, and how many of them do you actually possess?

I have all the internal drives I know about. That’s confirmed. I figured if the 500 GB SSD that appears isn’t working, even after reinstalling Windows, maybe another one could. But none did, which is why I’m reaching out.

I resolved the issue by purchasing a new motherboard (ASUS STRIX X570-E Gaming WiFi II) and deleting all drives except one, then erasing the system and reinstalling Windows. This approach didn’t succeed with the MSI X570 board before.
