Hey, I built my gaming PC recently with a new CPU and GPU, switched to Windows 11, and now it keeps restarting randomly—sometimes even when just watching a YouTube video. It sometimes gets stuck at the login screen before shutting down again, other times it works for days until it decides to reboot. I cleaned up the system three months ago, keeping only Steam and an antivirus, and updated all drivers. My motherboard is an Asus Rog Strix B350F with BIOS 6042, 32GB RAM, and an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. The GPU is a Corsair Vengeance LPX at 2666MHz, paired with 7800XT graphics from Samsung. I use Agility SSDs and a Corsair PSU rated for 80 Plus Gold. Updated these things recently and still face the issue.

Looking for a suitable CPU cooler? Checking temperatures is important. The latest models are 6063 and 6203, both newer than 6042. You'll need precise PSU details like model and age to proceed. It might be necessary to inspect the PC yourself.

PSU seems to be Corsair RME 750, likely around 6 years old though I'm not sure. CPU cooler is NZXT Kraken X62. Temperatures swing between 38.6°C and 62°C but stay within a reasonable range. It restarts quickly if it gets too hot—normally I’d wait for cooling before it comes back on. The BIOS is now at version 6203, but progress is slow because of the delays in testing.
