Your PC rebooted unexpectedly as though someone had pressed the reset button on the case. It's curious since the reset wasn't connected to the motherboard when you powered it up and began using Photoshop. After a similar problem in another device (Lancool 215), removing the reset button resolved the issue, but now that button was never present. Your system specs are: Ryzen 3500, Asrock X570 PG4, TridentZ RGB, 8GB x4 3600MHz RAM, RX 6600, MSI 3600, NVMe M.2 drives, SATA SSD, one HDD, and a Deepcool CK500 case with CM-Argb controller.

First I’d run a few system stability checks. If the Ryzen is acting up, it often freezes with a black screen before restarting. I’d perform stress tests such as Linpack, Y Cruncher, Prime95, and a memory stress test like TestMem5 to see if any cause problems.

You may also review the Windows Event Viewer to identify any related errors at the moment of occurrence.

Consider the issue might stem from 4x DIMMs running at 3600MT/s. Have you attempted adjusting the timing?
