The new PSU didn't resolve my problem; I've ordered a fresh graphics card. It might be connected to GPU sag, since I've read that this can damage parts of the VRAM on the board.

Install a new GPU, it should stop the issues. It's disappointing that the 2080S is acting up after just five years. The bracket keeps everything stable and aligned.

It's not the first in the 20-series to face an issue; I've had one before that would just stop working sometimes—it's usually a component failure, maybe something just got too hot.
