Completely new components but no screen display. The red CPU indicator stays on, which I kept adjusting many times. BIOS reset several times didn’t help. Fixed the CMOS correctly, reinserted the CPU, but it still didn’t work. I’m really looking for a fix.

BIOS needs the latest update, but I see you can still try these steps:
- Remove the CPU from its socket
- Disconnect and reconnect the CPU and motherboard power cable
- Swap the power supply to check for issues

If you want a full diagnosis, consider visiting a PC service center to test your CPU or motherboard. They might spot a BIOS-related problem. Stay safe!

It's hard to say for sure because I don't have a screen. Maybe swapping the CPU could help resolve the issue.

You're just starting out with PC building, which is great! The Q-Flash Plus button is likely used to clear the BIOS flash memory after reinstalling the BIOS. It helps ensure a fresh setup by erasing any previous settings. You probably want to press it once during the initial boot or when you first install the new BIOS to reset it properly.

No, it wasn't included. Don't try to figure out why.
