When I power on the PC and try to view BIOS, nothing appears on the screen. I have no operating system installed yet, but I’m not sure it’s necessary for accessing BIOS (I’m new to computers). I suspect a problem with the GPU since the fans aren’t spinning even though the RGB lights are working properly. The motherboard has an LED lighting system and displays both green and white when booting. It might be worth checking the power supply or other components.

Are you observing no signal or is there still some visual output from the GPU? Most contemporary GPUs only start running fans when they reach a specific temperature, so visible lights might indicate activity rather than a complete lack of power. Have you tested another cable or connection? Changing the display output on the GPU could also help.

Motherboards typically show green when they can't locate a boot device. Without Windows or a USB installer, it stays stuck in green. Ensure your display cable connects to the graphics card, not the motherboard. If we had your motherboard details, we could identify the colors accurately.

Thanks for the feedback. I resolved the GPU problem, but the CPU heats up more than expected (around 79°C at idle in BIOS). Do you have any advice or should I create a new thread?
