Occasionally my screen shuts off, keeps RGB active, and fans kick up to full speed, forcing me to reinstall my GPU drivers.

I possess a Ryzen 5 7600 A 4070 Ti with 32GB RAM at 3.0 GHz, powered by a Corsair PSU delivering 850 watts, along with a 1TB SSD that handles temperatures adequately.

Instability in RAM. Consider accessing BIOS to turn off EXPO. Adjust the RAM speed to 6000, configure DRAM voltage as needed (such as 1.4V) and primary timings. You can verify these settings in the SPD section of BIOS. Ensure PBO options are enabled automatically.
