Hey there! I’ve been dealing with a really odd problem that’s been puzzling me for a long time. I shared my experience on r/techsupport Reddit, but now I’m reaching out directly for more help. I’ve tried posting about it before, but this time I’m hoping someone can assist. I’ve faced this issue with two games—Hearts of Iron 4 and FIFA 23. In HoI4 it’s super rare, happening only once or twice in about 100 hours of play. With FIFA23 it can pop up anytime, usually after every third session, and the timing varies from 5 minutes to 8 hours. The crashes can happen instantly during launch or after a long gaming session.
What I’ve tried so far:
1. Cleaned the whole PC—dust removal, thermal paste swap, everything reattached.
2. Reached out to Microsoft, EA, PowerColor support—no help received.
3. Reinstalled the operating system.
4. Updated GPU drivers.
5. Purchased a new power supply unit.
6. Customized fan curves to improve cooling.
7. Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic—still no issues found.
My specs are: Windows 11, Intel Core i9-9900K, Noctua NH-D15 fans, AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT, and a bunch of other components. I’m really hoping someone can spot the problem or suggest a fix. Thanks in advance!

I resolved the problem by adjusting the BIOS settings. Here’s how:
1. Locate the MultiCore Enhancement (MCE) option in BIOS.
2. Turn it off to prevent excessive voltages and shutdowns.
