Hi, Your PC is experiencing unexpected shutdowns and the ROG STRIX B650E-F board displays orange and red lights after each failure. The system stays active with fans spinning but no screen, eventually entering Safe mode where the BIOS appears. After exiting, it boots normally. You've replaced RAM and the graphics card, but haven't touched the CPU yet. This pattern seems random—could be a failing component or a power issue. Consider checking other components and consulting a technician.
