System powers off completely while display remains active and cooling fans continue operating.
I suspect the Windows 8.1 serial key may become invalid once you upgrade from Windows 10. I’m not sure if that’s accurate.
Currently, Windows Defender is active. However, it seems to have triggered only a couple of times recently.
