I run tests with OCCT to check CPU performance but after two seconds my PC stops (no restart, not freezing or BSOD) and I suspect the issue is related to my old motherboard.

What's your power supply, memory, and temperature readings? You might want to check the motherboard BIOS.

It restarted after the shutdown during the stress test. No ongoing stability problems have been reported beyond that event.

Press power again to start the PC. Stress test results show the PC remains unresponsive in specific games.

I'm doubtful about the PSU's capacity in this scenario. There are some bios details suggesting Ryzen 5000 support might be questionable. For clarity, what GPU is present? Also, considering the power consumption, it seems the 500W rating could be quite high for such a setup.

According to my understanding, OCCT executes several tests on your system. Identify which test causes your computer to stop so you can pinpoint the issue. Have a great day!

Same as before, I thought it was PSU, but since I don’t have a backup PSU, I can’t confirm I’m using the GTX 1650 Super. The GPU isn’t drawing much power, and the CPU shut down within two seconds after starting up.

You might be facing a CPU problem. 1. Reinstall your CPU and verify the thermal paste and cooler fit. 2. Review your overclock settings in the BIOS; if the CPU is undervolted or turbo frequency is too high, consider reverting to default values. 3. If everything checks out, test your CPU on a different motherboard or swap it with another CPU on your current board. If you lack a backup unit or CPU, consider taking it to a repair shop for testing at a reasonable cost (or free). Enjoy your day!

I believe I should go for the last option—I've already arranged to visit a repair shop—and I'm hoping it won't cause a CPU issue.
