My CPU performance dropped from 3.4GHz to 0.54GHz and remained there. This occurred during gameplay, so I restarted my PC after it initially ran at 3.4GHz. Under stress testing, its speed further decreased, and the next day it stayed stuck at 0.54GHz. I've reinstalled Windows and reset the CMOS. Please help identify the problem or component causing this slowdown. Your support means a lot. Thanks!

It could be PSU but I'm uncertain.

Maybe the core is failing, the CPU could be partially damaged.

Review the PPT and TDC images from your Ryzen master capture. The system reports sensor issues, indicating it believes the CPU power consumption and current are significantly greater than they truly are.

Ryzen believes the CPU consumes excessive power, leading them to lower its clock speed. This might stem from an inadequate power supply unit, faulty cables, or a faulty motherboard. CPUs are generally quite dependable.

No need to turn it off; check if it’s handling the censorship issue properly.
