My CPU performance dropped from 3.4GHz to 0.54GHz and remained there. This occurred during gameplay, so I restarted my PC after it initially ran at 3.4GHz. Under stress testing, its speed further decreased, and the next day it stayed stuck at 0.54GHz. I've reinstalled Windows and reset the CMOS. Please help identify the problem or component causing this slowdown. Your support means a lot. Thanks!
