I’m not sure where to share this, but I just reinstalled Windows again and it’s stuck at 100% with no CPU activity. The system has an i7 9700K processor and a M.2 Carbon Pro cooling setup, using Corsair H100i.

Open Task Manager and review the utilization stats. Determine if any software was added or if the system is freshly reset.

It’s a fresh setup, yet when I launch the task it shows the task manager using 70% of the resources and the system occupying 20%.
