Hey, a month back I purchased a new AIO with a Lian LI Galahad II LCD. Everything seemed fine until recently. I was running at 85°C in CineBench using 220W and 5.3GHz all-core with a 25 negative offset undervolt. Fast forward a few days, I started experiencing random restarts—either sitting on the desktop or games crashing. I assumed the undervolt instability caused the issue. To check, I tested the CPU and noticed a massive temperature spike and a sharp drop in performance, jumping from 95°C to 180W and 4.9GHz instantly. I tried several fixes: re-mounting the AIO (only changed two mounting screws with a paste swap), resetting BIOS, downgrading to the latest version, and reinstalling Windows. Still, nothing changed despite the temperature swings. The performance loss kept happening without any clear cause. I contacted the Lian Li support for a warranty claim, wondering if there were factory issues with this model. PC specs: CPU Ryzen 9 7950X, 32GB RAM, 1000W PSU, RTX 3080 GPU. Also noted that in games, I briefly reached 90-91°C for a few seconds—about a 10°C rise since the last check.

Assume the AIO fans reach their limits as your CPU temperature rises. Verify the pump speed in HWInfo.

The fans reach their maximum capacity, the motor runs steady at 2200 RPM, yet adjusting it to 3600 RPM has no effect.

It's placed securely, the fasteners are crafted from a gentler substance (not sure why), they weren't forced too tight, I halted once the screws ceased turning.

Yes, the cooler is ready with the paste applied uniformly.

The AIO seems faulty or the temperature sensor isn't working right. Check if all your parts show similar high readings in HWInfo.

All processors show comparable temperatures to those listed in the CPU catalog. I’ll attempt to reach out to the nearby store where I purchased the AIO from a Lian Li retailer.

It's reasonable to think it might not be functioning as effectively.
